WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT TAKING ANY NEW ICBC PATIENTS THAT REQUIRE DIRECT BILLING
Only certain practitioners are signed up to direct bill to ICBC and those practitioners only take a limited number of ICBC patients at a given time. If you would like us to direct bill ICBC on your behalf you need to call the clinic to book your first visit. If you are an existing ICBC patient you may book subsequent visits on-line only with the practitioner that has agreed to provide your care. If you are willing to pay upfront and bill ICBC yourself you may book on-line with any of our practitioners. You can see which practitioners direct bill ICBC on their individual profiles
Initial appointments are the first treatment you have using that claim #. ICBC only pays for an initial appointment once for each claim, per treatment discipline; which means that if you've already used the initial appointment at another clinic you will need to book a subsequent ICBC appointment with us.
Although having a doctor referral is not typically needed for the original 12 appointments, you will need to acquire one if you wish to apply for an extension.
ICBC does not cover no show or late cancellation fees. All patients are required to keep a valid credit card on file which will be securely stored and charged in the event that an appointment is not honoured as per our cancellation policy.
Direct billing to ICBC is a courtesy service and claims are not guaranteed to be approved or paid by ICBC. It is the patient's responsibility to pay for all unpaid treatments should direct billing problems occur. A valid credit card will kept securely on file for billing in the event that a claim is declined.
