Direct billing to select extended health insurance companies is offered by some but not all of our practitioners. Please visit our therapist's page or booking site to see who bills which insurers. For treatments with practitioners that do not bill your insurer please keep your receipt after paying for your treatment and you can use that to submit to your insurer to receive reimbursement.
Direct billing is a courtesy service and is not guaranteed to work every time we attempt to use it. Reasons for direct billing not working may include, but are not limited to, the following:
In cases where direct billing is no longer an option, patients will be responsible for settling their outstanding balance.
Most healthcare plans will have some Massage Therapy coverage.
For questions regarding your specific plan coverage details you will need to contact your insurer directly. Even after you have signed up for direct billing with our clinic we will not be able to access any information beyond what is being covered for a specific treatment.

Most of our therapist's will bill VAC and RCMP on your behalf with a current doctor's referral for massage therapy. Please call the clinic upon booking your first appointment to provide us with information we need for treatment pre-authorization. Please visit our therapist page to see which practitioners will bill VAC and RCMP.
