If you need to cancel or change your appointment please contact us a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time during the clinic's business hours and we would be happy to reschedule your appointment for a later date. 2 business days notice is required for cancellations of 70 and 85 minute appointments. If the required amount of notice is not provided for cancellations full payment of the treatment fee may be expected except in cases of illness, emergency, inclement weather, and if we are able to fill your spot. Please be advised that our clinic is closed on Sunday's and some statuatory holidays therefore notification of cancellations are required during clinic hours of the previous business day.
Whenever possible please cancel through our on-line scheduling system.
Appointments conclude at the scheduled time even if you arrive late and full payment for your session will be expected. Appointment time includes interview, assessment, consents, treatment, and instructions for home care.
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments and will be stored encrypted and secure in your Jane on-line profile. This system has the same security level as on-line banking and we cannot access your credit card number after it is stored. Your credit card will only be charged the treatment fee if the required amount of notice for cancellations or changes is not provided. as per our cancellation and missed appointment policy.
In an effort to provide a tranquil environment for all of our patients receiving treatments we ask that you use a quiet voice throughout the clinic during your visit. Please also refrain from talking on your cell phone while in the clinic and put your ringer on silence mode.
